Membership in Orienteering New Brunswick is open to
everyone. There are several different types of membership available.
Which one you select will depend on your interests.
The types of membership available are:
Participating "Family" "Adult" and "20 or younger"
memberships
Includes membership in Orienteering New
Brunswick (O.N.B.), and the Canadian Orienteering Feredation
(C.O.F). It includes
three issues per year of your
provincial newsletter (O.N.B. Notes), four issues per year of
the national magazine, Orienteering Canada, and the right to
participate in all nationally and provincially sanctioned events.
Membership confers the right to vote at O.N.B. general meetings.
Membership is free with payment of a meet fee.
Membership expires one year from date of application.
"Group" membership
Includes membership in
Orienteering New Brunswick and the Canadian Orienteering Federation.
Only the designated person/group leader receives mailings. Group
members do not have the right to compete in championship classes at
nationally sanctioned events. A list of the names, addresses, and
telephone numbers of all associate members must be provided to
Orienteering New Brunswick. Membership is free with payment of a meet fee.
Membership(s) expire(s) one year from the
date of application.
Non-participating membership
Includes membership in Orienteering New
Brunswick (O.N.B.), and the Canadian Orienteering Feredation
(C.O.F). It includes
three issues per year of your
provincial newsletter (O.N.B. Notes), four issues per year of
the national magazine, Orienteering Canada, and the right to
participate in all nationally and provincially sanctioned events.
